According to lawyer Eren Keskin Nedim Akyol’s case needs to be included by Ergenokon investigation since all disappeared people have common point such as rejecting being village guards. Keskin also alleged that Dargeçit and Mardin Gendarmerie Brigade Commandership are the responsible of missing people.
“PM addressed on June 30th and he alleged that democracy has been leveled as high as never been before in Turkey. What kind of democracy that PM was talking about since they have protected of perpetrators who burned our children in the military burners and threw our children into acid pits. Missing children’ fate would be revealed, if these people would be tried. No body has a right to mention us about justice or democracy unless perpetrators are being tried.”
Nedim Akyol had been taken into custody by gendarmerie fallowing raids on his house on October 29th 1995. There was no news heard from him since than.
