Metris Prison sub director’s torture proved

İSTANBUL (DİHA) –Metris Prison subdirector’s torture Engin Çeber has been proven by testimony of witness. Engin Çeber had been killed by torture in the prison and torture had been determined by the report of Medical Forensic Institution.
The witness has diagnosed the torturer subdirector who tortured Engin Çeber and caused his death. Related case has been opened for 60 public employees in the prison fallowing Engin Çeber’s death. The witness Gıyasettin Şakiroğlu diagnosed sub director of Metris Prison, Ali Fuat Karaosmanoğlu, as one of torturers of Engin Çeber.
