MARDİN (DİHA) - It emerged that exile of Nurullah Tunc, Represantative of Egitim-Sen Kiziltepe, who was awarded with certificate of thanks and various appreciation in Mardin's Kiziltepe District, was a result of request of Mardin Province Gendarme Commandership.
It has come out that the decision of exile given about Nurullah Tunc, Represantative of Egitim Sen Kiziltepe who had received various certificate of appreciation and thanks in 2003 and 2004 for his successful works in Kiziltepe by authorities of state, and sent to exile to Çankiri with reason of '' Compulsory change of place'' by same authorities, was realised as a result of request of Mardin province Gendarme Commandership. National Education Ministry Law Consultancy which had sent legal arguments for the trial of objection oened by Tunc in Kastamonu Administrative Court, stated that the exile of Tunc was requested by Gendarme Province Commandership. It was also claimed that Tunc had participated to '' Activities of separatist organization'' in the legal argument.
' The decision is not legal'
Tunc who received penalty of one year degree stopping by decision of Mardin Province Discipline Councill after he was exiled to Çankiri, by stating that him being exiled has no legal aspect, stated that:
'' It is thought provoking that me being exiled not by Office of Kaimakan, National Education Ministry and National Education Directorate but by Mardin Province Gendarme Commandership. I see it as a blow to both my personality and my contribution to education as I was being exiled by an institution which does not have any relation and interest to any educational institutions to give a suggestion to Governosrship of Mardin and governorship to give it to the National Education Ministry and Ministry to rule decision of exile which was taken from above.''
Emphasizing that he will keep on his struggle in terms of legal and administrative meaning, Tunc, wanted these kind of illegalities to be given an end.
Tunc who has not undergone any investigation was being assigned to Catak Village in Cankiri's Ilgaz District on 12 September 2005 for the reason '' compulsory change of place'.
