ISTANBUL (DIHA) - Association of Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen (TUSIAD), European Union (EU) Commission Head Jose Manuel Barroso and the European Commission Member in charge of extension Olli Rehn.
According to the written explanation by TUSIAD, the commission including TUSIAD Board Head Omer Sabanci, TUSIAD Deputy Board Head Cem Duna, TUSIAD Board Member Umit Boyner and Arzuhan Yalcindag, TUSIAD Secretary General Haluk Tukel, TUSIAD Ankara Representative Zafer A. Yavan and TUSIAD EU Representative Bahadir Kaleagasi will render contacts in Brussels on 1 February, Wednesday.
The commission of TUSIAD will get together, in the extent of the visits, with European Union (EU) Commission Head Jose Manuel Barroso and the European Commission Member in charge of extension Olli Rehn. In the negotiations, there will be matters dealt with, such as the economic agenda of Europe, global power of competition, problems of economic and social model, as well as those concerning the latest economic and political developments between Turkey and the EU, the opinions of the Turkish private sector in the negotiation process, information of the EU public opinion.
In extent of the contacts, there will be negotiations between the leading European press institutions too.
