HATAY (DİHA) - The ambassador of Damascus, Ahmet Oğuz Çelikkol visited ATSO coming to Hatay together with the consulate general of Halep, Hulusi Kılıç.
To the visit made to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Antakya, the governor of the city Abdulkadir Sarı participated.
During the meeting in which the relationship between Turkey and Syria was negotiated, the ambassador Çelikkol pointed out that the trade volume of the countries with each others as 800 million dollars, 30 million of which was with Hatay. Çelikkol call both countries to increase the trade relationships with each other. On the other hand, the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Antakya Ali Kavak said the relations are not on the desired level.
