İSTANBUL (DİHA) - 1st Turkey Socialist Economics Congress will be held on 17-18 December 2005 at Petrol-İş Union's Headquarter in Altunizade, Istanbul.
At the congress that will be the first, Mesut Odman on behalf of Sol Meclis (Leftist Congress) and Prof. Dr. İzzettin Önder, Tevfik Çavdar and Prof. Dr. Korkut Boratav will all give their announcements on behalf of Association of University Coucils (ÜKD) at the first. In the congress that will be held for two days, there will be symposiums as to 'Where is the world capitalism going?', 'Looking for alternative economy politics', 'Where is Turkish capitalism going? and "Socalist Development Strategies', and two panel discussions where the working groups give their contributions. The congress will conclude with the announcement of conclusion after the forum part.
