BODRUM (DİHA) – Emine Ayna, co-chair of DTP, has called on the government for cease fire during her speech in Bodrum meeting. “There is no solution for long lasting war without PKK and Abdullah Öcalan,” she said.
DTP has launched “March for Freedom” in the west side of Turkey. DTP’s Freedom March’s spot for today was Bodrum a district of Muğla. DTP’s co-chair Emine Ayna has called on the government for cease fire due to end the long lasting war around east side of Turkey. She particularly has emphasized in her speech that there will be no solution without PKK and Abdullah Öcalan.”
Meeting accompanied with DTP’s mayoral candidates and managers has begun by Emine Ayna’s speech. She pointed out that PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan, who is in the prison for 10 years, is continuously suggesting cease fire, PKK as well. In addition she said; if the government is honest about Kurdish problem, it has to account on Öcalan and PKK as parts of the solution. It has to be understood that otherwise there will be no solution. Government has to announce ceasefire in both ways is possible in officially or nonofficial.
Ayna also said; Spain and Ireland’s experiences might be considered as examples to fallow for solving Kurdish problem. Turks and Kurds wills have to be taken into consideration. Poor people are the real victim during this war and there are some bodies that have benefited because of this war. If the war continues there would be no possibility for people to live together.
