MUŞ (DİHA) - Army operations cannot make the State closer to Kurds said DTP’s co-chair Ahmet Turk when he gave a speech during the electioneering meeting in Muş.
DTP’s electioneering tours are continuing. Co-chair Ahmet Turk was in Muş and Muş’s district today. He pointed the finger at government’s policy on Kurdish issue particularly at cross-border operations in his speeches saying Army operations cannot make you closer to Kurds.
There was an enthusiastic meeting in Muş and Bulanık a district of Muş where more than 10 thousands people have gathered and more than 400 vehicles attended in welcome convoy. Besides Ahmet Turk, DTP’s Muş deputy Sırrı Sakık also appeared in the meeting.
“To be Muslim needs to be against brutality. If you are Muslims what is the reason of your brutality against Kurds. AKP is using the religion,” said Turk to criticize AKP’s policies.
‘Wash machines are not enough to clean you’
In addition Turk said; wash machines cannot clean you while our people, Kurds, paying the price for peace and democracy. This election is the opportunity to show Kurds power and then we can reache the peace and amnesty also. We want to live together and in peaceful environment. AKP has to understand if you want to catch Kurds you need to change your approach toward Kurds. You cannot be closer by organizing armed operation since Kurds are very sensitive about their freedom and long term struggle.
Ahmet Türk emphasized that it is necessary to be considered as part of the solution for Kurdish issue by current government; AKP is planning to solve the Kurdish problem by ignoring the Kurds’ existence. It is impossible to solve our problem without Kurds. You can go nowhere by disregarding Kurds as part of the solution. It is must be understood that we are not going to bend because of AKP’s suppression and It is will be understood that we are the part of solution.
DTP’s Muş deputy Sırrı Sakık also has a speech and criticized PM R. Tayyip Erdoğan’s Palestine approach; we were fighting with Palestinians against common enemies while Erdoğan was playing football in his neighbor also we had faced his brutal policy when his security forces killed 12 years old boy by 13 bullets in the centre of the town. We are not going to forget.
