PrintANKARA(DİHA)-The president of DEHAP Tuncer Bakırhan,who answered an official's questions because of his statements made in Cizre,Doğubeyazıt and Erciş said that we appraise these cases and punishments as resistance against
the operation of European Union.Tuncer Bakırhan because of his statements made in Cizre and Erciş answered an official's questions due to the claim he has contested against the Law of Meeting and Demonstration.He also answered on account of assertion that he praised the people and ideas reckoned by laws in his statements made in Doğubeyazıt.Those are why he answered an official's questions in Criminal Court of First İnstance named 16th and 22nd in Ankara.Reacting 6 months' jail sentence he has been inflicted DEHAP president said that'' We evaluate these cases and penalty as resistance against the operation of EU.The visible and invisible sides of Turkey are not the same.We,Kurds,experience unapparent side of Turkey.We have declared our opinions about which the public is sentimental.We have launched an appeal that the authorized should be sensitive on experinced problems.Instead of understanding the general out line,the authorized mishandles somthings,processes a case and concludes it with penalty.''
