İSTANBUL (DİHA) -' E-Percussion Quartet' which took stage in the salon of Cemal Resit Rey had fascinated the spectators with its performance and program which consists of African musics.
"E-Percussion Quartet" which consists of Arto Tunçboyacıyan, Mohamed Reda, Ali Keita, Rhani Krija
had given a concert in Concert Salon of Cemal Resit Rey. In the concert which the rhythm instruments of Bongo, Balaphone, drum, tabor and bendir and guitar were used, The musicians presented melodies from Africa. As well as the works of art which artisans played their solo performance took great appreciation. Experimental style was dominant in the performance of artisans which took stage without test.
In the concert which artists realized with improvistion, the sound effects of materials like wall-clock, water bottle, saucepan which Arto Tuncboyacıyan used had taken great attention. As well as performance of Ali Keita who used instrument of balaphone which his family has used for 600 years, Mohamed Reda who works with Sting and arabic songs of Rhani Krija had coloured the concert.
