Movie days in Diyarbakır

DİYARBAKIR (DİHA) – 3rd Diyarbakır International Movie Days will be held between May 15 and 17 when 40 pictures will be showed.



Diyarbakır will witness an artistic show between May 15 and 17 when 3rd Diyarbakır International Picture Days will be on and around 40 films will meet with movie fan. Festival will have been organizing by collaboration of Diyarbakır Art Center or DSM, Diyarbakır Picture Club, Governorship of Diyarbakır, Diyarbakır Chamber of Industry and Trade and Gün TV channel.



In 2 years 50 pictures produced in Diyarbakır



According to information obtained from DSM’s written statement there are 50 pictures as both full and short-length have been produced in 2 years in Diyarbakır. There were 52 films had been showed in 2007 while 4 thousands film fans had being watched in 2008. Festival’s initial goal is to gather the movie producers and produce movies without being depend on other big cities.
